Since September there are two new FELDENKRAIS ® groups on Wednesday evening in the room of silence, Vauban. In autumn the groups took place online via zoom. We have had good experiences with it. Therefore, lessons will continue to take place via zoom as long as necessary.
As soon as possible we will meet again in the room of silence.
The groups are open to beginners and people with previous experience.
Entry is still possible at the moment. One-time trial lesson € 12.50.
Dates: 04/14/21/04/28/04/05/05/12/05/19/05/21 (6x)
One course section can be booked at a time, and in the long term this will create a continuous group.
Cost: € 75.00 for 6 evenings
Time: 7:30 pm-8:45pm (when online) 7:00 pm-8:15pm and 8:30 pm-9:45pm (when live lessons)
To participate online via Zoom, all you need is an Internet connection with a microphone and camera and an undisturbed space on a mat or blanket on the floor.

This taster course on Saturday afternoon is ideal for everyone who would like to get to know FELDENKAIS ® "Awareness through Movement" before registering for a course. There is an introduction to the basics of the FELDENKAIS ® method and a movement lesson to get to know.

Touching and being touched are deep, basic human needs. We all have the ability to sense, to pay attention to someone and, with our touch, to contribute to well-being, relaxation, even healing ... and we live in a world in which we often hunger for precisely these qualities and experiences. The workshop for intuitive body work is a space in which we give gifts and nourish one another and connect with our intuition.
There will be a short meditation at the beginning, a "warm up" with concrete "tools" for inspiration, support during exchange and plenty of time for body work

The costs
This idea was born out of the preoccupation with gift culture, the deep desire to transform the world into a place where we give each other from the abundance and where money no longer determines what we do or not do. So for me it is part of the experiment to set up a bowl in which you can put money. Give what you can and want to contribute from your abundance. I trust that in the end there will be enough to cover the room rental and to support me in my life so that I can continue to let my time and energy flow into this project. You are also cordially invited to come if you cannot give any money at the moment. When you experience financial abundance, feel free to give more to make it possible. Fear Club öffnet eine ganz andere Türe, nämlich die Möglichkeit, dass Angst eine Resource ist, deren Kraft oft im Verborgenen bleibt, weil wir gelernt haben, die Angst zu fürchten. Gemeinsam, im Team kannst du dir deine Angst wieder als Recource erschließen. Du kannst lernen, Dich bewusst mit ihr zu verbinden und eine neue Beziehung zu deiner Angst aufbauen. Du kannst beginnen, deine Angst als Archetypische Kraft willkommen zu heißen, so dass ihre Energie und Information für dich verfügbar wird.
Diese Fear Club Intro ist eine Einführung in die Arbeit mit der bewussten Angst.
